Klim Zeal’s project brought these requirements together for solo travellers, groups and expedition operators. The aim was to connect trip preparation with the information and coordination needed during an expedition.

Minterminds developed a platform combining itinerary planning, live tracking, weather and route updates, equipment preparation and community features. These capabilities supported different stages of the journey, from deciding what to pack to sharing experiences afterwards.

The Challenge

Expedition planning and coordination depended on manual processes and static schedules. These approaches made it difficult to keep trip information useful when conditions changed.

Several practical needs also remained disconnected. Guide booking, route tracking and equipment preparation lacked a unified digital environment. Travellers and organisers had to account for these requirements while coordinating the wider expedition.

Minterminds developed Klim Zeal’s expedition management platform around five areas of the travel experience.

The platform included GPS-based live tracking and emergency alerts.
