How Minterminds Built GoEV’s Platform for Electric Fleet and Delivery Operations
Overview
GoEV operates its own electric vehicle fleet, with salaried drivers carrying out deliveries for businesses and individual customers. Its service covers two different requirements: businesses hiring a vehicle with a driver for delivery work, and customers requesting deliveries as needed.
These arrangements require coordination between customers, drivers and the team managing dispatch. A business engaging a vehicle through a hub agreement has different requirements from someone placing an individual delivery request.
Minterminds developed a customer app, driver app and dispatch panel around this operating model. The platform brought customer requests, driver participation and fleet administration into a connected digital system.
The Project Goal
GoEV needed a platform that reflected how its delivery business worked. The company owned its vehicles and employed salaried drivers, so the system needed to support the management of an existing fleet.
It also needed to accommodate both B2B and B2C services. Under the B2B model, agreements with other hubs allowed businesses to engage a driver and vehicle for delivery work. Under the B2C model, customers approached GoEV with their delivery requirements.
Pricing could be based on distance travelled or a monthly arrangement. The development therefore needed to account for different service relationships within the same operation.
The goal was to give each participant an appropriate interface while supporting the team coordinating vehicles, drivers and delivery work.
The Minterminds Solution
Customer Application
The customer app provided the customer-facing part of GoEV’s delivery platform.
It supported the service model in which customers approached GoEV for on-demand deliveries. This established a dedicated digital interface for customers within the wider operation, alongside the tools used by drivers and dispatch.
The customer experience formed one part of a system designed to serve both individual delivery needs and business relationships.
Driver Application
Minterminds developed a separate application for GoEV’s drivers.
The driver app reflected the company’s salaried-driver model and its use of an owned electric fleet. It gave drivers their own interface within the platform, distinct from the customer application and the dispatch panel.
This separation allowed the product to account for the different roles involved in carrying out delivery work.
Dispatch Panel and Fleet Management
The dispatch panel provided the operational interface for managing GoEV’s fleet and delivery activity.
The platform supported adding electric vehicles and managing them within the system. This was central to the project because GoEV already had its own vehicles and needed a digital structure around their use.
The dispatch panel completed the three-part platform, connecting the operational team with the customer and driver sides of the service.
B2B and B2C Delivery Models
The platform accommodated GoEV’s two service models.
For B2B operations, the business worked through agreements with other hubs, supplying a vehicle with a driver for deliveries. For B2C operations, customers requested delivery services directly.
Keeping both models within the project scope meant the platform reflected the company’s actual commercial arrangements.
Distance-Based and Monthly Pricing
GoEV’s pricing model included per-kilometre charges and monthly arrangements.
These options supported different ways of engaging the service, from distance-based delivery work to ongoing requirements. The platform’s scope accounted for both pricing structures.

What This Shows
GoEV’s project centred on building software around an established delivery model. Its owned electric vehicles, salaried drivers, hub agreements and on-demand customers all needed to be considered together.
Minterminds translated those requirements into a customer app, driver app and dispatch panel, giving GoEV a digital foundation for coordinating its electric fleet and serving different delivery needs.
